In the darkest time of year, I love to light candles. It’s a time to cozy up with a hot cuppa and a book, preferably by a gently flickering fire in the fireplace.
We’ve had a big snow – over seven inches – and it’s still lingering in the shadows of the trees. Winter is a time for quiet reflection.
It is also a time for celebration, and I wish you all a most joyful holiday season and happy new year. Please keep safe!
