June Teacup

Summer’s in full swing now. As the days get longer we in New Mexico are blessed this year with more rain than usual. It means not so hot. It means less worry about forest fires. It means the garden is flourishing. Bliss!

The teacup poll was as close as it could possibly be. An exciting race, with the lead shifting back and forth, ending ultimately in the Peonies cup edging out the Forget-me-nots by a single vote! Here it is, filled with raspberry rose hibiscus tea and nestling with some Our Lady of Guadalupe roses from the garden.

May your summer be warm and joyful!
